Except as expressly stated herein, SKY-SWIFT LIMITED makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold. In no event shall SKY-SWIFT LIMITED its Directors, Employees and Representatives be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to the products and services sold.

ABOUT PAYMENT & PAYMENT METHODS
All prices displayed on the items are in Kenya Shillings or United states dollars (USD) and are inclusive of VAT.
We accept all Visa & MasterCard credit cards. To protect your security and to prevent credit card fraud where possible, we reserve the right for proof of Identity on ALL purchases.
We also accept payment via Cheque and Banker’s Draft but deliveries will only be made once the Cheque or Banker’s Draft clears from the bank within 5 working days.
All Cheques or Bankers Draft must be made out in the name SKY-SWIFT LIMITED
We accept Mobile payments from local mobile providers ,To protect your security and to prevent mobile fraud where possible, we have provided unique paybill numbers for each business outlet to receive payments. We reserve the right for proof of Identity on ALL purchases.
Payment in full (including finalization of any lay-by arrangements) is required prior to extending service and payment after service delivery cannot be accepted.
For all logistics service, where delivery address and billing address are different, or to enable us to carry out necessary security checks, you must provide proofs of address.
ABOUT REFUNDS & RETURNS
If there is discrepancy about images displayed for the accommodation and the actual accommodation, please report within 2 hours of check in and we will arrange a change of accommodation or refund if no recourse is received and a credit voucher for the similar value will be issued. However this will not apply to the extent that has exceeded this time limit and occupancy had been exercised.
Where cancellation of accommodation service is received 24 hours before occupancy 80% of the booking fee will be refunded. The Client should fill a refund form downloadable from SKY-SWIFT LIMITED website and submit to below address.
The refund will be processed within three working days from the date of receipt.

If there is a fault or damage to the cargo delivered please call the company logistics department within 24 hours and we will arrange inspection of the fault or damage, if the fault or damage is within the normal wear and tear of transportation then the logistics department will submit a wear and tear exclusion for lodgment to the insurance company for payment in favor of the client. However, this will not apply to the extent that fault is caused by abuse, misuse, or damage through accident or factors beyond the logistics control.
Cancellations must be advised directly to the logistics department no later than three working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. We will not accept cancelled orders after this time. Cancellations are subject to 20% deduction from the deposit amount of the order. Delivery /Freight charges will not be refunded if we attempted to deliver goods.
Clients are encouraged to carry out thorough research before making the decision of purchase as we don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods/service are faulty and cannot be replaced or rectified, wrongly described or different from the sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.
BOOKINGS
Services purchased will not be reserved until a minimum of 50% of the value of the invoice has been paid.
For goods for logistics the maximum storage time in our warehouse is not more than 14 days as delays in paying for delivery by you results in us incurring additional storage and insurance costs.
In the event that you fail to make full payment 48hrs to delivery after notification by us, we will charge you for those costs at a rate of USD. 1,000/= per day per order.
